As one of the founders and CEO of Culturally Innovative Minds, she leads with purpose and insight. A proud graduate of a Historically Black University, she is also a distinguished member of the Phi Chi Honor Society, which recognizes excellence in the field of psychology. Additionally, she is certified in the Youth Mental Health First Aid course, which teaches essential skills for providing initial help to young people experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. Denielle has previously served as the President of the African American Diversity Group, where she successfully organized impactful events that greatly benefited the community. With years of experience in humanitarian services and community engagement, she remains steadfast in her commitment to promoting health and mental wellness. Denielle is a virtuous woman, a devoted dog mom, and calls Winston-Salem, NC, her home.

In his roles as Executive Vice President and President of a local labor union chapter, he gained valuable insights that he now applies to uplift racially diverse communities. With a strong commitment to Culturally Innovative Minds, he leverages the knowledge he acquired during his leadership tenure. His personal experiences with the criminal justice system have given him unique perspectives on navigating and preventing legal challenges. He looks forward to the transformative work ahead for Culturally Innovative Minds, guided by a deep understanding of the power of community.

Charlie Glenn III Executive Chef, Entrepreneur, and Nutritionist based in Winston-Salem, NC, specializing in holistic eating. He offers healthy alternatives for optimal health and serves as a health advisor. As the owner of Everything Smoked and founder of Malik's House, he provides a unique perspective on entrepreneurship and offers support and insight to families dealing with children who have cancer. With years of experience as a mentor in the community and a consultant in justice studies, he is passionate about helping families achieve excellence in all four areas of interest within Culturally Innovative Minds. He has received additional education from Guilford Technical Community College and Triad Community Kitchen, where he excelled in his culinary trade.
