February 21st, 6:00PM- 7:30PM "The Art of Expression"
Culturally Innovative Minds wants to highlight some of the most influential revolutionary figures who have shaped our understanding of unity, Black economics, solidarity, and Black pride. At the forefront is Marcus Garvey, who was inspired by Booker T. Washington's belief that “in all things that are purely social, we can be as separate as the fingers, yet one as the hand in all things essential to mutual progress.” Garvey advocated for the idea that all people of African descent, regardless of where they live, should unite culturally and economically. He encouraged the establishment of Black-owned institutions to promote self-sufficiency. Mark your calendar for February 21st at 6:00 PM to join a discussion on Marcus Garvey's teachings and many others before us and how we can apply those principles in 2026.

"The Art of Expression"
Our mission is to celebrate triumph and resilience, and though we face obstacles, we will not be defeated. We may lack a venue at this time, our drive and divine purpose remain strong. Here's a framed piece of art that will be available for auction soon. All proceeds will benefit our free tutoring program and future events. Peace. #culturallyiminds
